Solution
There are three countries, Argentina, Australia and Equador, which start with a vowel and are in the Southern Hemisphere.
There are two countries, Canada and Ghana, whose capitals (Ottawa and Accra) start with a vowel.
∴ The required ratio = 3 : 2
